Reports to Circular Materials via internal channels
The Company has adopted the following internal channels for submitting reports concerning conduct carried out in violation of Legislative Decree 231/01 or of the Company’s Organisation, Management and Control Model adopted pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/01 (including the related annexes and the procedures referred to therein):
- Registered mail to the professional office of the Supervisory Body “Ag Consulting s.r.l.”, for the attention of Dr. Erica Biagini, Via Degli Spadari no. 3 – Ferrara, 44121.
To use the above channel, in order to ensure confidentiality, the reporting person must prepare three envelopes:
- A first envelope containing identifying details, together with a copy of an identification document and the address/contact details where feedback should be sent (see below).
- A second envelope containing the report.
- Both envelopes must then be placed inside a third sealed envelope bearing the wording “confidential – whistleblowing” on the outside.
- Telephone channel: +39 377 9196058, through which it is also possible to arrange an in-person meeting.
Please note that the report (which may also be submitted anonymously) must be sufficiently detailed and include enough information to allow the reported facts to be verified (e.g., elements that make it possible to identify the persons involved, the context, the place and time period of the reported events, and any supporting documentation).
