What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?
My activities at Circular Materials are related to personnel administration, recruitment and selection, and workforce organization. I handle the planning and coordination of staff across different functions.
What is your educational background?
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a postgraduate specialization in Criminology and Social Research, and a Master’s degree in Organization and Social Change – Conflict Analysis and Management from the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro.
After that, I worked in a company where I focused on recruitment and selection, and later in a multinational corporation where I handled both HR administration and recruitment processes.
How have you developed your skills at CM?
My studies naturally led me to apply my knowledge within the corporate world. I see productive organizations as social systems, and having worked in a multinational environment allowed me to refine my practical skills.
Punctuality, precision, empathy, and mediation are essential qualities for anyone working in HR.
How would you describe your relationship with the team?
At Circular Materials, there is a strong sense of collaboration and cohesion.
I found a welcoming and supportive environment from day one. Having the opportunity to exchange perspectives with colleagues from different backgrounds allows me to broaden my own knowledge and contribute meaningfully to the company’s overall value.
What aspects of Circular Materials’ project do you appreciate the most?
When I applied to Circular Materials, I visited the company website and was immediately impressed by its vision and mission. The themes of sustainability and recovery are very close to my heart.
