Circular Materials specializes in recycling, recovering, and valorizing metals and critical raw materials (#CRMs) from industrial wastewater. Using cutting-edge patented technologies, we transform the traditional linear consumption model, accelerating the transition to a circular economy and converting waste into valuable resources. Recognized for our impact,  we have been selected by the European Commission as a Strategic Project  under the Critical Raw Materials Act, alongside three other projects in Italy and 46 across Europe.

Circular Materials is looking for an R&D Specialist!

You will be involved in developing new methodologies for the synthesis and characterization of materials, with a focus on applications in thecircular economy and sustainable resource management.

Main responsibilities

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related.
  • Previous experience in the synthesis and characterization of advanced materials for heterogeneous
    catalysis or similar applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of inorganic synthesis techniques.
  • Expertise in the use of chemical-physical characterization techniques of materials.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package and ability to analyze scientific data.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Having worked on research projects applicable to the circular economy, waste management and
    product cycle management is a plus.
  • Experience in chemical companies or in the waste management sector is considered a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams.

Location and working days: Cadoneghe (PD), Monday to Friday.
Employment Contract: full-time, open-ended contract.
Contract: Metalworking Industry
Remuneration: €25.000,00 – €30.000,00 per year.
Benefit: supplementary health care.
