The Interview

What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?

I am responsible for digital marketing and content creation, planning and implementing the strategies defined for the selected channels. My role combines a strategic component—focused on establishing long-term communication and marketing objectives—with operational tasks aimed at addressing day-to-day challenges.
My primary goal is to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication with all stakeholders, enhancing Circular Materials’ visibility and strengthening interaction with our target audience.

What is your educational background?

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication. Throughout my studies, I had the opportunity to take on various work roles, even outside my academic background, which helped me develop soft skills such as flexibility and adaptability—skills I now apply daily at Circular Materials.
Here, I continue to grow professionally by putting into practice the knowledge gained at university, responding to the company’s needs, and improving my ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, thereby strengthening my operational effectiveness.

How would you describe your relationship with the team?

The openness and support of my colleagues immediately facilitated my integration at CM and were essential for acquiring the company’s technical expertise, which differs significantly from my previous background.
Moreover, since we come from different educational paths, we have the opportunity to develop cross-functional skills, creating a cohesive and highly efficient team.

What aspects of Circular Materials’ project do you appreciate the most?

Definitely the focus on sustainability and circular economy, which played a crucial role in my decision to apply to CM. In a context of limited resources, I believe that our solution for recycling critical materials and metals will prove essential. CM’s vision is not only forward-looking and necessary, but it will also help establish new industrial standards, supporting the sustainable development goals of our partners and clients.
