I\u2019m involved in the industrial scale-up of the pilot plant in Cadoneghe. It\u2019s a very educational and, above all, stimulating project for me.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abd8edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"abd8edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What is your educational background?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e04547b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e04547b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">I hold a master\u2019s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Padua, and I completed my thesis internship here at Circular Materials.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dd714f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dd714f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f794cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f794cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>My work is closely connected to my studies, so part of my skills comes from my university background, then from my thesis project, and finally from the hands-on experience I\u2019m gaining with my team, engineers Enrico Mion and Serena Guzzo, which has been extremely formative.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9a74e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b9a74e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddab7d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddab7d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I\u2019d say it\u2019s excellent, both on a professional and personal level. Communication flows well and that makes teamwork very effective.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ec3ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97ec3ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What aspects of Circular Materials&#8217; project do you appreciate the most?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3963c37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3963c37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I\u2019m drawn to the core idea of the company: recovering waste and turning it into a new product through an innovative process.
