My goal is to experiment with and integrate chemical-physical processes to optimize wastewater treatment through our plants and recover metals, as well as actively contribute to the development of increasingly efficient new recipes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abd8edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"abd8edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What is your educational background?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e04547b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e04547b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">I earned a diploma as a Higher Technician in Nanotechnologies. During this program, I had the opportunity to fully immerse myself in a laboratory environment, which sparked my strong interest in research<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dd714f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dd714f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f794cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f794cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The laboratory experience I gained during my studies forms the foundation of my work approach in developing new treatment systems. At Circular Materials, I have the opportunity to conduct experiments on a small scale and subsequently carry out the related scale-up processes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9a74e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b9a74e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddab7d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddab7d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I have an excellent relationship with the team, both inside and outside of work.
