Over time, my role has evolved toward a more technical and sales-oriented position, where I work directly with clients to translate their needs into technical solutions and support our commercial development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abd8edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"abd8edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What is your educational background?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e04547b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e04547b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">I earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in Environmental Science and Technology, with an experimental thesis on floating systems for water purification. I then completed a master\u2019s in Sustainable Chemistry and Technologies for Circular Economy at the University of Padua, focusing my thesis on decarbonization and biocoal production in steel plants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dd714f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dd714f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f794cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f794cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A scientific\u2013analytical approach is essential to tackling the multidisciplinary challenges I encounter. Working closely with experienced colleagues and consultants is giving me the opportunity to better understand the interface between a tech startup and the public sector, as well as to deepen my knowledge of more technical and process-related topics.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9a74e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b9a74e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddab7d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddab7d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I\u2019m very satisfied with the team dynamic, also thanks to our similar age and academic background.
