I design plant solutions, improve equipment safety and efficiency, support automation efforts, standardize design procedures, and coordinate maintenance to gather essential operational data.<br data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"553\" \/>I also oversee relationships with key suppliers and help identify new technological partners. Looking ahead, I will be involved in the engineering and scale-up required for HUB1, the first continuous industrial plant based on our technologies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abd8edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"abd8edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What is your educational background?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e04547b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e04547b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"0 0 []\">I graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Padua. After an initial role as a Quality Engineer, I spent several years as a process engineer in a major petrochemical multinational, working on process optimization and the construction and commissioning of new plants.<br data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1128\" \/>I later spent about 15 years in plant engineering, first as Project Engineer and then as Head of Process in a large multidisciplinary engineering company, gaining extensive technical, regulatory, and managerial experience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dd714f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dd714f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f794cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f794cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>So far, I have mainly applied the professional expertise gained throughout my career. I am learning the technical specifics of CM\u2019s process and the results of laboratory and pilot activities, while familiarizing myself with regulations related to wastewater treatment and circular economy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9a74e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b9a74e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddab7d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddab7d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I naturally get along well with colleagues and maintain a collaborative attitude. I work more closely with some team members due to project needs, but I try to make myself available to everyone\u2014especially younger colleagues\u2014by offering technical guidance and methodological support.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ec3ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97ec3ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What aspects of Circular Materials&#8217; project do you appreciate the most?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3963c37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3963c37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I value CM\u2019s strong long-term vision and its commitment to building industrial plants that enable sustainable resource recovery. The potential of this technology is significant, and the challenge of bringing it to industrial scale is what motivated me to join the company.
