I\u2019ve had the opportunity to interact with many PhDs within the company and learn as much as possible from them. This has expanded my technical knowledge and enriched my overall expertise.<br data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1122\" \/>Discovering new concepts has been valuable for my personal growth and has helped me tackle the new challenges I face every day at CM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ec3ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97ec3ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What aspects of Circular Materials&#8217; project do you appreciate the most?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3963c37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3963c37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1701\">I value the company\u2019s commitment to environmental protection, sustainability, and the ability to treat and recycle waste materials, giving them a new life for renewed use.<br data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1513\" \/>I also appreciate the opportunity to directly contribute to collecting the data we later provide to clients.
