At our facility, we have a pilot plant where we conduct experiments, and our job is to use the results to make engineering decisions, particularly in preparation for the industrial plant we plan to build next year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-abd8edc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"abd8edc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What is your educational background?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e04547b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e04547b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I graduated with a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Padua in 2020. I then continued my studies and earned a Master&#8217;s degree in Chemical and Industrial Process Engineering, also from the University of Padua, in 2022. After graduation, I spent two years in Germany working at a research center on a carbon dioxide capture project, where I was able to apply some of the skills I learned during my studies. I recently returned to Italy to start this journey with CM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dd714f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dd714f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f794cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f794cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>University gave me a solid theoretical foundation and taught me the right approach to tackle any challenge that comes my way. Working abroad, on the other hand, gave me team experience, which is very useful in this environment where everyone, with different roles, works toward the same goal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b9a74e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b9a74e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddab7d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddab7d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I find the team very cohesive, both professionally and personally. We all work toward the same purpose, and that makes us very united. Since I&#8217;m new, I have a lot to learn, and I find everyone very helpful and supportive.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ec3ee elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97ec3ee\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>What aspects of Circular Materials&#8217; project do you appreciate the most?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3963c37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3963c37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>On one hand, I appreciate the ambition of the project, which involves building chemical plants in the coming years.
