What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI joined Circular Materials six months ago as Head of Financial Planning and\nAnalysis. As suggested by the job title one of the main responsibilities is to\nmanage budgeting and forecasting: over the last few months I restructured\nand updated our 5-year business plan and prepared the 2025 budget.\nMy current priority is to deep dive into our operational data to provide more\nvisibility over our unit economics, support the commercial team in defining a\ncomprehensive pricing model and help the production team monitor and\nreduce costs.\nNow that the activity is ramping up we also need to structure our financial and\noperational reporting, both for internal stakeholders and our investors.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What is your educational background?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI have a MSc from a French business school, where I made great friends and\nprobably learnt a few things. More recently I passed a financial analysis\ncertification to complement the skills I acquired throughout my professional\nexperiences.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMy adaptability and curiosity are clearly stimulated every day at CM. I am glad\nto be the first non-Italian speaker in the company, and very grateful to\neveryone at CM making the effort to speak in English when I\u2019m around. I\u2019m\nslowly learning and one of my goals is to be able to communicate in Italian\nsoon.\nAnd on top of that, my previous jobs were in digital start-up, CM is actually my\nfirst experience in an industrial environment so it\u2019s very exciting to have\nsomething new to learn every day and transpose my skills into a new context.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEveryone in the company has been very welcoming and helpful since the\nbeginning, the knowledge and expertise across the board are quite impressive\nand make every conservation very insightful. I live in Spain so the relationship\nis somewhat distant by nature but I really enjoy going to Cadoneghe and\nmeeting people in person, and I\u2019m looking forward to celebrating important\nmilestones and achievements all together soon!\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What aspects of Circular Materials’ project do you appreciate the most?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI wanted to transition to a more purpose-driven role and work for a company\nthat promotes sustainability and CM is offering me this. I feel completely\naligned with the mission and values of the company.\nAnd I love the fact that so much is happening at the moment. The project is\nvery ambitious and it\u2019s great to be part of the adventure at this stage, to have\nthe chance to contribute to the development and structuring of the business.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
